UI design for Advocate Health Cares' Long-Term Care program. Advocate was seeking a more visually engaging approach to their internal facing Long-Term Care program. A UX that is none short on form data our approach was to pull out the high level talking points and assemble them in a long scroll format. Content buckets were configured to help provide proof points, calculate costs, explore options, and answer questions. From this starting point we then reconfigured the form data into digestable steps and helped users maintain their bearings throughout enrollment.
